The “Tabàro” in the Veneto region spelled with only one “r” means a large cloak protecting against the frigid winter temperatures.

To warm up on the inside, this full bodied and relatively alcoholic wine was created. It has a pleasant golden yellow colour; the aroma is complex because the wine takes its flavour from the grapes (apple and other fruits) as well as from the substances given during its ageing in the barrel (the softness of vanilla).

This is a warm, full bodied, and well-balanced wine, excellent when served with many different dishes.
