This is one of the most successful cross-breeding achieved by Professor Manzoni: Riesling is the father and Pinot Bianco is the mother of this grape.

It is one of last to bear fruits yet one of the first to be harvested. The grapes feature thick skins and aromatic juice and grow on small bunches. The wine obtained has an aroma featuring countless nuances: at times it gives off fruity scents and at other times, complex aromatic notes of chysanthemums or forest berries can be perceived.

One thing is sure and that is that nearly every vintage produces a wine almost always perfectly balanced in alcohol-acidity-glycerol content, precisely due to the short vegetative cycle and because most of the external factors (temperature, sunlight, rainfall) are not able to denature the composition of its must.

The wine is ideal for drinking with virtually any food; it goes well with seafood-based dishes and is a perfect accompaniment to important dinners.
