The round, thick-skinned grapes grow on a small pinecone-shaped bunches.

When very ripe, the grapes have a pleasantly burnished colour.

The wine that is obtained is ideal for making superb sparkling wines or as in this case, in flavourful still wines.

The bouquet resembles Golden apples and fruits in general.

The flavour is generally rounded and echoes on the palate the fruitiness already noted in the bouquet combined with a pleasant acidity. The whole effect is appealingly drinkable and the wine lends itself well to many different gastronomic pairings.
