This is a noble grape and it yields a great wine, no matter where in the world it is made. In our territory, it has demonstrated its uniqueness.

The medium-sized grape bunches are relatively sparse and have thick skinned fruits with a blue-black colour.

The vinification should ideally be done when the grapes are overripe and produces full flavoured wines.

The assertive aroma somewhat resembles tomato leaves and bell peppers, which are the scents we also taste in the skin of the ripe grape when chewed, carefully carried over to the wine by the alcohol.
Cabernet Franc’s most predominant characteristics are its full body, consistency, structure, and fine tannic quality and with some years of ageing, become elegance and complexity.

This wine is ideal served with meats prepared in the grand tradition.
